Soldering Fluxes
Soldering Fluxes are chemicals used before and during the soldering
work of electronic components. They are ideal for preparing the metal surfaces
before soldering by removing oxides and impurities. They prevent reoxidation of
the metal surfaces and reduce the surface tension. They are also ideal for
minimizing the viscosity of the molten solder and improving wettability. In
addition, these Soldering Fluxes enhance the effectiveness in dip as well as
wave soldering of PCB assemblies. They are available in accurate compositions
to let the molten solder create a permanent mechanical and electrical joint.
