Sn/Ag/Cu (Tin/Silver/Copper) alloys as a lead-free alternative for the standard Tin and Lead solder is used along with the help of latest machinery in its making at our unit to make it perfect for low-temperature as well as high-temperature re-flow, leaded and lead-free alloys, in various flux types and alloy particle sizes. No Clean Soldering Flux is widely appreciated for high quality, reliability, performance and a long shelf life. These alloys conform to the impurity requirements of J-Std-006 and RoHS. Use this solder anywhere you would use normal solder.
